Beautiful Mid Century Brooch and Earring Set in a starburst pattern. Silver tone with crystal/rhinestone accents. The brooch pin mechanism functions as it should and the clip backs on the earrings are tight. Each earring has a large center stone (approximately 5/8" in diameter) surrounded by 8 stones (approximately 3/8" diameter). The brooch has a large center stone (approximately 5/8" in diameter) surrounded by 10 stones (approximately 3/8" diameter). The points of the earrings are in a brushed silver tone and the brooch is a mix of brushed silver tone points and plain silver tone reverse points that hold the stones. This item is in good vintage condition with very small amounts of wear to the finish primarily visible only with a magnifying glass or a jewelers loupe. It hasn't been cleaned or polished since I acquired it (from the original owner's family) and while it's quite sparkly as is, I imagine a gentle cleaning or polish would make it even more dazzling.
